Project-F Matte Black FTO DE3A

A super long awaited update. Today finally marks another great chapter for my FTO's story. From what it was to how it is now! Since my teen years, my dream car was the FTO, i swore one day i would buy a brand new one (till i found it wasn't a UK car but an import and only used ones available). never the less, my dream came true and i finally bought one. I've spent countless hours, days, weeks, months and years to truly make it my own, and give the car its own sense of character. A companion that will get me from A to B, never letting me down.

This is my FTO: 

Part1 - Doing my research i shopped around like any other person would getting quotes regarding a Matte Black respray. Now we all know the colour is flat and does not require extra work or paint like metallic or others. Usually the price should be in the region of 700 up to 1500. Most traders on the FTOOC quoted me starting £1500 and Fullyloadedcars wanted £2500 starting lol. Defo nono. So i fired off an email to Dave @ Pro-bodyworx. He came back with a very nice price that met my budget.

So i decided even though i'd have to drive from London to Nottingham which is about 140 miles (3 hour drive) and not be able to watch the progress in person, it still saved me lots of money

JDMing Update:

Today is the last day of my prynesses black FTO. Just now i took kuro for one last spin as prynesses black, around the block ^_^

Tomorrow 12/02/2012 marks a new story for Kuro. I will be heading to the bodyshop to have all the parts i have been collecting fitted. Totally new change:

MGZT Indicators

Chrome clear bulbs for MGZT indicators to give that clear effect.
